Kay Altman is a licensed Realtor with Realty ONE Group Visionaries, bringing over seven years of real estate experience and more than three decades of federal service leadership to every client she serves. Known for her strategic planning, negotiation skills, and problem-solving expertise, Kay guides buyers and sellers through even the most complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Before real estate, Kay served as Dean of Academics for the 15th Signal Brigade at Fort Gordon, leading faculty development and managing large-scale training initiatives. Her leadership and education background translate directly into a structured, informed, and results-driven approach to buying and selling homes.

Kay also mentors new agents as a lead instructor, sharing her expertise to elevate industry standards. She stays active in her community, serving on the board of the Glennwood Pool Association, as a Dream Team Greeter at New Hope Worship Center, and as a member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.
